Allow an option for a sticky menu at the bottom of the page instead of the pull out one currently

Option to group projects by following statuses: All Projects In Progress Signed Off Closed Accepted

I often send pdf invoices separately via email and would like the ability to mark an invoice "sent" so it shows up in the clients portal.

It'd be great to have the option of adding due dates to the Expenses section. It'd be helpful for keeping track of recurring expenses, for example: annual domain hosting fees, licensing renewals, etc.

Being given the option to preview and edit any email just before sending would be extremely helpful. The template system that you have in place is good, but that is not what I mean. I am talking about a popup with a preview at the time of sending, with the option to edit at that moment just before sending it out. Thank you.

It would be very helpful - and good customer service, to be given the option to add a custom note to any emails that may go out to customers through the invoicing system as well as the subscription system.

For the likes of invoice and quote text creation, perhaps add an AI option to write an invoice email
